Our website and services terms of service are simple. If you have a question regarding any of the terms set out on this page, please use the contact page form to get in touch with us.

Necessary: Please let us know if you or your business is in the EU. Due to the VAT implications of certain EU countries, we may or may not be able to provide our services to you. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience. We will review this term in the future.

The purpose of the information outlined in this “Terms Of Services” page is to clearly outline how we operate as a small web design agency and what you can expect when hiring us for our services.

A) What does Fabrizio Van Marciano offer?

We offer bespoke WordPress website design and development, branding design and logo creation, conversion optimization, videography, and website consultancy services.

Our services are available to individuals and businesses in the UK, the Canary Islands, and worldwide. At this time, we cannot provide our services to customers based in EU countries due to the VAT implications. Please let us know which country you are in when inquiring about our services.

B) Communication

Due to the nature of our business, communication is critical. To provide the best services, we need to communicate with you using a variety of technology and methods.

When you fill out and submit an inquiry form, we will usually respond within 24 hours to arrange a Strategy Meeting to take place via Skype Video Call, or if you prefer, to communicate via email. You can select your preferred method of communication in the inquiry form.

For Skype or Microsoft Teams video communication, the first 30-minutes of your consultation is completely free. We will learn as much as we can about your business, your current website (if applicable), and your goals during that time.

If we go over the 30-minutes allowance, our time is chargeable at our regular consultation rate ($30 per hour). We recommend preparing your questions and discussion points in advance before our call takes place.

We work with clients from all over the world, and sometimes the different time zones can cause a few issues with call scheduling. We, as a business, are based in the UK (GMT). We will try our best to book a call that is at convenient time for you.

Occasionally, our workload will prevent us from having the available time to communicate via Skype or video calling. In such instances, we can communicate via email or by using the Slack Web/Mobile App.

C) Project Management

We use nTask to organize and manage our client projects. Once we’re ready to move into the design phases, we will create a new project board and invite you as a guest to the board to view the progress of your project.

D) Fees, deposits, payments, and deadlines

Payments can be processed in the following currencies –


Below you will find a list of the fees for each of the services we provide through this website.

Skype Video Call Consultation – (2-hour) $100 per session (£86.00 GBP) – This fee is taken off the total amount of your web design fee if you choose to work with us.
Growth-Driven Web Design – $60 per hour. (£53.00 GBP)
Graphic Design, Logo Design – $60 USD per hour. (£53.00 GBP)
Product/Branding Design – $60 USD per hour. (£53.00 GBP)
Video Post Production – $60 USD per hour. (£53.00 GBP)

After our initial strategy meeting video call, we will put together a GDD retainer quote and non-disclosure contract in PDF format, tailored to your needs for you to review. We can always discuss any parts of the agreement before you sign it and return it to us.

E) Payment structure

Any quotes provided are estimates only. Any additional work required to complete your project is both negotiable and changeable.

If your design project falls under $5,000 (£3,500), we require full payment before any work commences. You can send your payment along with your signed contract and non-disclosure agreement.

If your design project estimate is above $5,000, a 50% deposit with your signed contract and non-disclosure agreement is required.

Here is a simple cost and time breakdown of structuring a GDD contract:

Meeting with the client for a 2-hour consultation. $100 for the consultation. Estimated 5 hours of strategizing (1 hour per day for 5 working days. Total = $300 at $60 per hour). And after, 60 hours of designing and developing the launchpad website (2 hours per day for 30 working days. Total = $3,600 at $60 per hour.

Total quote: $300 + $3,600 = $3,900.

Deposit to be paid @ 50% of total quote = $1,950 (Estimate is over $1k)
The final amount to be paid when the launchpad website goes live = $1,950

*Continuous improvement stage begins after launch, with agreed 2 hours per week for the duration of 3 months @ $60 per hour (8 hours per month) – $480 per month subscription (Six months $1,440).

The total cost for the GDD project is – $5,340.

F) Availability and turnaround time

In an effort to retain our sanity, we usually do not work on any more than 3 individual projects at any one time.

If you have a deadline to meet, please make sure you select this in the design submission form. While we do consider deadlines, our focus is on producing deliverables for you that will help drive results and promote the growth of your business.

The turnaround time for a launchpad website from start to finish depends greatly on the scope of work required for the project. However, we aim to have a website ready for launching and testing between 30 and 60 days from our initial strategy meeting. For larger projects, including eCommerce sites, this can take up to 90 days.

G) Refunds

Due to the nature of the services we provide, refunds are not available at any time. Refunds are available on our

We are here to help you in any way we can, which is why we believe in having good communication with our customers.

If, for any reason, you are unable to make a payment on your account or pay the final deposit, please let us know, and we will provide a payment plan that’s convenient for you.

3. Account Creation

When you purchase a membership plan and create an account with us, it is important that you provide accurate information. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of our terms, which may result in the direct termination of your account of our services.

2. Passwords

You are accountable for protecting the password that you use to access our membership services and course content during all activities taken on our site.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Refunds

Refunds are provided as long as: 1) You’ve had your subscription plan for less than 21-days. Any membership continuing over this period of time will not be refunded, unless you have submitted your request for a refund within the 21-day period. 2) We cannot provide a solution to your problem. We are here to assist you which is why we offer support with memerships, so please submit a request for project support first, so that we have a chance to help you. If we’re unable to provide a solution and we believe the membership is not suitable for you, we will issue you a full refund.

4. Account Sharing

Under no circumstance must you share your membership, or content, including login credentials with any third party outside of your organization. Such activities constitute a violation of our terms, which may result in the direct termination of your account of our services.

5. Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply email us to advise that you would like to cancel and we’ll do this for you without question. Important information regarding refunds after the 21-day period: We do not provide a refund for canceled memberships outside the 21-day cooling-off period. However, for annual memberships, you will still have full access to your account until your membership expires. Lifetime memberships cannot be cancelled or refunded after the 21-day guarantee period.
