Important: Please note that I am not currently able to provide any of my digital and creative services to customers in EU countries. I apologise if this causes any inconvenience. I may review this term in the future.
The purpose of the information outlined in this "Terms Of Services" page is to clearly outline how I operate as a freelance web designer and front-end developer, and what you can expect when hiring me for my services.
B) Project Management.
C) Fees, Deposits, Payments, And Deadlines.
D) Pricing Structure.
E) Availability & Turnaround Time.
When you fill out and submit an inquiry form, I will usually respond within 24 hours to arrange a Strategy Meeting to take place via Skype Video Call, or if you prefer, to communicate via email. You can select your preferred method of communication in the relevant inquiry form.
For Skype Video Calling, the first 30-minutes of your consultation with me is completely free. During that time, I will try and learn as much as I can about your business, your present website (if applicable), and your goals.
If we go over the 30-minutes allowance, my time is chargeable at my normal consultation rate ($30 per hour). I would recommend preparing your questions and discussion points in advance before our call takes place.
I work with clients from all over the world, and sometimes the time difference can cause a few issues with call scheduling. I'm based in the UK (London time), and I will try my best to book a call that is at a convenient time for both of us.
Occasionally, my workload will prevent me from having the available time to communicate via Skype or video calling. In such instances, we can communicate via email or by using the Slack Web/Mobile App.
I use monday.com to organize and manage my client projects. Once we're ready to move into the design phases, I will create a new project board and invite you as a guest to the board.
When you log in, you will be able to view the following information -
You will also be able to add your own updates to each pulse within the phases of your project for me to review later.
Below you will find a list of the fees for each of the services I provide through this website.
After our initial strategy meeting video call, I will put together a GDD retainer quote and contract in PDF format, tailored to your needs for you to review. We can always discuss any parts of the contract via email before you sign it and return it to me.
A none-refundable deposit of 50% is required when you return the signed GDD contract to me.
I aim to provide you with an accurate GDD quote, so it is important for us to discuss in great detail what your requirements are. I would like to learn as much as I can about your business goals, website goals, website wish list, design vision, etc. beforehand.
Here is a simple cost and time breakdown of structuring a GDD contract:
In an effort to retain my sanity, I usually do not work on any more than 4 client design projects at any one time.
If you have a deadline in mind, please make sure you select this in the design submission form. Whilst I do take deadlines into consideration, my focus is on producing deliverables for you that will help to drive results and promote the growth of your business, rather than meeting deadlines.
The turn around time for a launchpad website from start to finish depends greatly on the scope of work required for the project, however, I aim to have a website ready for launching and testing between 30 and 60 days from our initial strategy meeting.
