When you fill out and submit an inquiry form, I will respond within 24 hours to arrange a Strategy Meeting to take place via Skype Video Call, or if you prefer, to communicate via email. You can select your preferred method of communication in the inquiry form.
For Skype Video Calling, the first 30-minutes of your consultation with me is completely free. During that time, I will try and learn as much as I can about your business, your present website (if applicable), and your goals.
If we go over the 30-minutes allowance, my time is chargeable at my normal rate ($30 per hour). I would recommend preparing your questions and discussion points in advance before our call takes place.
Occasionally, my workload will prevent me from having the available time to communicate via Skype or video calling. In such instances, we can communicate via email or by using the Slack App.
During the design phases of your project, I will submit to you a full weekly PDF report of the progress being made and any goals being met.
Below you will find a list of the fees for each of the services I provide through this website.
After our initial strategy meeting video call, I will put together a GDD retainer quote and contract in PDF format, tailored to your needs for you to review. We can always discuss any parts of the contract via email before you sign it and return it to me.
A none-refundable deposit of 50% is required when you return the signed GDD contract to me.
I aim to provide you with an accurate GDD quote, so it is important for me to learn as much as I can about your design project requirements, business goals, website goals, website wish list, etc. beforehand.
Here is a breakdown example of how I structure my GDD services:
In an effort to retain my sanity, I usually do not work on any more than 4 client design projects at any one time.
If you have a deadline in mind, please make sure you select this in the inquiry form, however, my focus is not on producing deliverables for you, rather my focus is to help you build a great website that will drive results and promote growth for your business.
The turn around time for a launchpad website from start to finish depends greatly on the scope of work required for the project, however, I aim to have a website ready for launching and testing between 30 and 60 days from our initial strategy meeting.
You can learn more on my Growth-Driven Design information page here.
Due to the nature of services I provide as a freelance web designer, refunds are not available at any time.
